We are a team of experienced academics who constitute the working group called iADDICT (interdisciplinary Action on Digital Device Immersive Conditions Team). We discuss and explore societal challenges posed by excessive screen use and recommend how academics might approach providing evidence-based guidance through coordinated multi-disciplinary investigations (iADDICT 2025). 

Our core team is comprised of a diverse group of researchers who have been drawn together based on their shared belief that answers to the big questions concerning screen time, lie within multi-disciplined approaches that lead towards inter-disciplinary analysis and outputs.
